01Does the photograph need to be changed or reprinted?+
No. The photograph stays visually untouched. Knotclick links the image to its memory during your setup process, so nothing appears on the print itself.
02How does a customer relive the video?+
They open the digital album and press the photograph, or they open the Knotclick app and point it at an enabled physical print.
03Does every phone camera recognise a Knotclick photo?+
No. Scanning a print happens inside the Knotclick app. A phone’s default camera does not recognise the photograph on its own.
04Can an album work without internet?+
Yes, after activation. A customer can download an activated album in the mobile app for offline playback. First-time setup needs a connection.
05Whose name is on the experience?+
Yours. Albums are delivered under your studio identity. Knotclick is the technology behind the album, not a brand between you and your customer.
06How is partner pricing calculated?+
Plans are being shaped with early partners around active albums or memories, storage, team seats and branding needs. There is no public rate card yet.
